This week we have a short follow up on the TV Out based on viewer comments, Bob digs a little deeper into the GPS shield and shows you how to use the PC based software with the Arduino Shield to see the satellites and more.

Then I start to tease you with some video from the upcoming series on building drones. I have my first hexacopter flying and I got some video from it. Oh, and it ends in a crash :)

This week Bob takes the TVOut Library for Arduino that we demonstrated a few weeks back and ramps it up. First, the switch to the Arduino Mega for more memory, adding a speaker and a keypad.

This week we continue on from last week. We take the schematic from last week and turn it into a PCB, an Arduino Shield.

This is week one of our two week overview of working with EagleCAD. You will be able to tell we really like this design program. This first week we walk through creating the schematic for one of our testing boards. You need to come back next week to see us take the schematic and make it a PC Board.

This week we take a project from one of our viewers (Thanks Jim). We create a TV Out for an Arduino. Yes, that is right, you can have your Arduino display stuff on your TV. It is composite only but you can do it.

This week I do a Let's Make It show while on the road staying at a Court Yard. We cover the MicroPYthon project that was on Kickstarter. I got my MicroPython board last week and I show you what it can do by easily creating small python programs to show you some of it's abilities.

I also update you on some questions about the ADSB episode from a few weeks back.

This week Bob shows us his real world project to monitor activity in a room to turn on a light using a Raspberry Pi.

This week we show you how to build an inexpensive 12 segment antenna for picking up ADSB signals from airplanes. Never heard of ADSB? It is the newest technology on tracking airplanes. In fact, by 2020, any plane that flies over 10,000 feet. It will replace traditional radar in the future. It provides much more information than just a location like radar.

In our 2nd segment we show how we can connect up a $19 USB SDR dongle to our new antenna and see planes all around us.

This week Bob has put together a demonstration on how logic gates work and we revisit the HC-SR04.

After a few weeks off the plan was to come back and show you some logic chips. But, that did not happen so we had a Seinfeld show, a show about nothing. We will be back next week with an actual project. For this week we just cover some of what has been happening and a small update on our experience with the Galileo.
