As the year comes to a close, most of us set out to set goals for the fresh new year… and most of us don’t accomplish them. Not because we aren’t able, we just overwhelmed ourselves.
In this episode, I want to talk a little bit about setting some realistic goals for self-development for your Sunday school ministry (honestly, these will apply to any type of goal setting), and a few ideas for some simple, but achievable goals.
