The podcast currently has 26 episodes available.
We learn Ashleigh nearly handicapped Jake with a brutal takedown - with no remorse. Ashleigh contemplates the vagaries of the more disgusting sex. Jake discusses a mentalist and his mystical acts (Ashleigh joins him in awe and fascination). Evan ponders Ashleigh’s claim that he is developing a mean streak and complains about Ashleigh’s texting etiquette (or lack thereof).
Ashleigh analyzes whether Zach can take her Jekyll and Hyde emotional states. Jake analyzes his marriage and the positive swing his relationship has taken. Evan pontificates about his “care free” days before...well before either Ashleigh or Jake were alive - when you could drive an oil truck over teachers’ cars.
Much like Jake’s daughter...the new podcast is delivered. It was well worth the wait too - Jake describes the miracle that is childbirth, expresses his high, high hopes for his daughter’s future, Ashleigh is back in the dojo making sweet jiu jitsu magic with, wait, Jake WTF?? All of us decide we must have an intervention for Zach and his coaching tactics.
Paul “the Law” is back to regale us with tales of debauchery and decadence since his retirement. He also discusses jiu jitsu based police training, raping dolphins, sports jiu jitsu, and approaches to self defense. Ashleigh withholds magical jiu jitsu techniques from Jake...cause she can. Evan just wants HRT.
Ashleigh brings it on the mats and Jake sobs uncontrollably. Jake is disappointed with Ashleigh’s refusal to ask her doctor for Percocet, preventing him from self medicating. Evan gets pepper sprayed resulting in a touching shower scene with Jake.
FRESH OUT OF THE HOSPITAL WITH 2 GAPING INTERNAL WOUNDS ASHLEIGH FORCE IS BACK WITH THE BOYS TO DISCUSS PARENTING, GIVING BIRTH, ZACH'S MASSIVE WEIGHT GAIN AND HOW CORONAVIRUS IS BEING USED TO CONTROL US ALL

She’s one of the original female black belts in Oregon, and considered jiu jitsu royalty in the Pacific Northwest. Tracy Chapman graciously joins us. We find out about her jiu jitsu journey and why her presence alone quells the bad behavior of Jake and Evan.
Paul Wade is a detective, jiu jitsu brown belt and more recently, the owner of creekside stump grinding. Paul shares stories from his experience as a child abuse investigator and now after 25 Years of a law enforcement is happily approaching retirement. Paul tells us of his preferred style of jiu jitsu, how he has begun to find more value in coaching rather than his own progression and why he has been banned from wearing his favorite training spats at home and at the gym.
