We are all dealing with emotional burnout in some way right now, and we’re also staying inside more than ever, which for some, can bring on crazy anxiety and stress and trigger us to turn to food for comfort.


In this episode, I’ll give you tools to work on identifying and eliminating emotional eating. Comfort eating is problematic when it is the primary way you calm and soothe yourself.


So, why is food soooooo comforting? Maybe you had a bad day at work. Maybe the kids have been acting up. You feel stressed out!
