It’s been a Luh minute since the last episode. Consistency is everything. We changing the world one conversation at a time. Let’s talk about the uncomfortable conventions, unpopular opinions and hard conversations ! the goal of this late night session ( hence the voice and the chill) is to start creating spacrs for minds too wonder and for opinions to be talked about.! Once we learn how to navigate through those type of space, a lot of things will  change. One convo at a time. 

Have you ever thought about why others lives matter to us? Why are other peoples lives and problems so consuming? I think personally its because people do not know how mind their business. The world would be a better place if people put the same energy into themselves as they do into other peoples lives then a lot of trauma would cease to exist. Today we discuss P-Valley and the social constructs it depicts in each episode and how society has double standards. It's mind blowing how none of the homosexual scenes bring uproar, but its so many other things this show is showing and trying to bring light too. There are so many issues that mentally affect us. Change starts with a conversation. Lets heal and bring change together! 

When you do things out of a place of love and good intent, it feels weird when the message isn’t conveyed properly or how you expected to be. Expectations lead to failure quickly when the ground work isn’t stable. This podcast today was my first podcast I’ve done with no outline, just with some things from the heart and I’m sharing it with you all today. Content creation is literally work and when you’re not getting paid for it, it really feels like a burden more so than anything but i continue to do it bc it’s something i love. I owe it to myself to stay consistent with something i love. A lot of times, we get discouraged and let life take away the things we are passionate about, but when love is involved, there’s nothing that can stop you. Love from a black man looks different, healing in black men looks different, failure in black men looks different as well. Born with an elephant on our backs we face these things without truly understanding how to be understanding, how to cope effectively, and how to express ourselves the right way. The goal of today was to also help a black man gain his voice and to help him understand that expression is apart of life & emotions are apart of life. This is me with no outline, raw and off the top w/ it! Hope y’all enjoy!
