Yesterday’s judgment by the Election Tribunal In Plateau state which saw former governor Barrister Simon Bako Lalong and Fom Dalyop Chollom win their cases in court has caused a stir in the states with many accusing the judiciary of inconsistencies in judgments. Also, the court’s verdict on the issues brought to it by Alfred Clark Dabwang of the NNPP ruled that Governor Caleb Mutfwang is the duly elected governor of the state. On Let’s Talk, to help make sense of these judgments by the court, Emeka Umesi will be speaking with Barrister Polycarp Datau. What are your takes on these judgments?
