The National Center for Learning Disabilities says:

1 in 5 children in the U.S. have learning and attention issues such as dyslexia and ADHD. Some of these children receive specialized instruction or accommodations, but many do not.

Seven out of 10 students with Learning Disabilities spend at least 80 percent of their time in general education classrooms.    How do we ensure to serve these students to the best of the abilities of our educational system, which will allow them to thrive?  Laura Reber wants to talk to you about diverse learning needs.   She is a highly trained school psychologist who has been working with students wit diverse learning needs (ADHD, learning disabilities, autism) for more than a decade. It was that experience — seeing how well students respond to individual instruction that is 100% designed with their needs in mind — that propelled her to launch Progress Parade.
