Hello everyone today's episode is about informing those who keep getting mental health wrong. Trying to end stigma is probably going to be a never ending battle. However those who like to inform others of how, and what a person is feeling and what every action down to breathing means with people who suffer from mental health issues or personality disorders need a reality check. Especially those that have no real idea what its like to wake up every day dealing with them. It is a shame and a real sad world and it seems to be getting more divided all the time. We can't be united when we are constantly told what we feel how to treat people based on what they are. So this series is going to help inform those who seem to be confused about those who are affected by mental health.
