Hello everyone today's episode is about informing those who keep getting mental health wrong. Trying to end stigma is probably going to be a never ending battle. However those who like to inform others of how, and what a person is feeling and what every action down to breathing means with people who suffer from mental health issues or personality disorders need a reality check. Especially those that have no real idea what its like to wake up every day dealing with them. It is a shame and a real sad world and it seems to be getting more divided all the time. We can't be united when we are constantly told what we feel how to treat people based on what they are. So this series is going to help inform those who seem to be confused about those who are affected by mental health. If you have a topic you'd like to discuss on this series please reach out the twitter page or email me @ [email protected] or send me a message on anchor. It is understandable to feel a sense of powerlessness when confronted with challenges. However, it's essential to remember that you are not alone in this struggle and there are ways to regain a sense of self-worth. Reach out for support from friends, family, or professionals. It may also be helpful to challenge the beliefs at the core of your feelings of worthlessness and confront those who harmed you in the past. Remember that only you can define who you are and how much value you hold. If you're struggling with dark thoughts and feeling like you have no worth, know that there are others who feel the same way. Don't give in to the hurtful messages from those who want to belittle you. You define your own worth, and no one else can do that for you. Remember, you are not alone - there are plenty of others who are going through similar struggles. We all have our dark days and it can be easy to lose sight of how amazing, strong and important we are. Remember that you're never alone in feeling this way - talking it out with those who understand can make a huge difference. Don't let the people who hurt you define who you are, they don't have that power. It's not easy to talk about those moments of deep despair that haunt us, especially when it feels like no one else understands. But the truth is, you're not alone in feeling this way or in needing help to turn it around. You are capable and you will find the strength from within. Don't let anyone tell you otherwise – you can make your own choices and drive your life forward. If ever you need a listening ear, don't hesitate to reach out at [email protected]. You are enough.
