In the series finale, I share some clips from the guest episodes that you've never heard before. In Dan's episode (Ep. 12) We talk about therapy, the importance of knowing your own voice and also, Gabu (from Ep. 14) explains what he would like to achieve as a father.
These conversations are important to have informally and formally, internally and externally. We ought to create a society that is safe, healthy and whole to meet the needs of our members. Don't shy away from these conversations, let's talk about these things!

Today is Father's Day and I want to join the world in celebrating my dad! So I wrote him a letter.
I know not everyone can celebrate their dad today for various reasons, but I would really like to encourage you to celebrate your dad in a really simple way: write him a letter. Let him know how you feel and even if he won't ever see this letter, at least you'll have let it out of system. If you're on good terms with your dad...go all out today! Let him know that you love him and what he means to you!

MENtal Health is our theme for this month because June is Men’s Mental Health Month and Father’s day. In this episode, I tell you why this topic is so important to me and why it should be important to you too, whether you are a man or woman! I also share some really important highlights from an article by Njoki Mburu...an open letter to men. (Link: Dear Young Men of My Generation, – Soliloquy (wordpress.com))
This series is going to be a very eye-opening one with questions, talking points and prompts that you can use in your own life to talk to the men around you about their mental health! I’m hoping that you will gain insight, feel seen and listened to (as a man.)
