We are back with more episodes. As you know there is so much going on in the world. However we will do our best to bring more  topics that will encourage as we navigate through our present circumstance. We will share our experience , trials and discuss how we have made it this far.  We will also cover some of the topics you may find helpful such as relationships, self esteem, betrayal etc.  Be aware We are not here to give advice or diagnose any medical condition.
