Hello hello fellow listeners,

I’m returning after a couple of months break, where I have been facing some mental health struggles. In particular, anxiety and a very loud inner critic which has been challenging as well as exhausting. However, I’ve been aware of these feelings and working on self-compassion, managing anxiety and worry and paying more attention to my soothe system.

I am back more motivated than ever to continue releasing episodes and supporting all of you out there!
