Ally is a licensed independent clinical social worker and a sex therapist, and she focuses on Sex, sexuality, and intimacy in her practice - she provides a Sex-Positive, Desire-Focused, Trauma-Informed Space for her clients to Learn, Heal, and Grow in. I was excited to talk to Ally because I think there are a lot of people out there that are experiencing trauma, shame, and sexual challenges, and they aren’t getting support around these things, or maybe they don’t even realize there’s an issue but know something’s not quite right. Ally shares her story about why she became a sex therapist and why she's so passionate about this work.
