On this episode of Let's Talk About Smut, Halle and Taylor discuss book three of Jennifer L Armentrout's best-selling series From Blood and Ash, A Crown of Gilded Bone.
The episode begins with the ladies sharing their ratings and feelings for the book when they first read it three years ago versus their re-read and what has changed, along with their thoughts on the announcement that FBAA is becoming a TV show.
While deep-diving into the wealth of information that is covered in the third installment, Halle and Taylor take the time to also discuss Kieran being the ultimate Wing Man and his stress levels, The Joining, THAT slide chair, and how the Blood Queen for sure dominates Jalara in the bedroom (we know you were thinking it). The Mona Lisa also works her way into the conversation and honestly, it just makes sense.

Important: This is part two of Author Marie Maravilla's interview. It is advised to listen to part one before starting this episode.
In part two, the ladies pick up right where they left off with Marie to discuss her Toxic Paradise series, her take on FMCs in the mafia genre, how readers can insert themselves in the story as the FMC, the sex scenes in her books versus real life, and how all of that influenced her writing.
But of course, this isn't all work and no play. The wine and margaritas start flowing and topics of dick pics vs dick videos, hilarious OBGYN visits, sex toys and sex blankets, and frat boys come up before playing a lightning round game of This or That to wrap things up.
