Becoming the best version of yourself does not just happen overnight. It takes time and patience to get where you want to be. You will always learn something new about yourself because you're always growing.

Not only are you always learning but you have to remember to take this journey for yourself and not for others. It does not matter what other people think about you as long as you're happy with who you are as a person!

Do you need to move on to the next part of your life but you're nervous or not comfortable with it yet? Most of the time we think that the word uncomfortable means something bad when really it can be a good thing! 

Eventually we find ourselves living in what feels comfortable and that can prevent us from reaching our full potential. At some point we must take a step out of our comfort zone and into what may make you nervous or uncomfortable. The only way to try new things and to make dreams come true is to just go for it and reach outside the box.

It can be easy to get out of control and lose focus on what makes you happy. Sometimes we get caught up in our day to day lives and the parts of the day that upset us when we should instead try to refocus on the better side of things.

There is always at least one good thing that happened throughout your day whether its seeing your friends and family or having a good meal or a stranger smiling at you. What ever it may be that good part of your day is what you should focus on. Eventually you wont even have to search for it and it makes all the difference in the world when you stay positive and look to the bright side of everything.

In this episode we talk about forever and by forever we mean "do I want people to love me or do I want to love myself forever?" 

Often times we value other peoples opinions more than we value ourselves. But in reality the only opinion that truly matters is from yourself and God. The only person that is going to be with you no matter what, forever, is yourself and God, so why not try to learn to love yourself the way you love others.

Once you can do that life becomes so much better and it puts you on the path to being the best person you can be.

In this weeks episode we ask, what is the secret to life? 

One answer that is consistent is from Boy Meets World which is "people change people." The circle of people we surround ourselves with is very important; they can help us in our journeys or they can bring us down.

Some people are meant to always be in our lives and some are there for the right amount of time at a certain point in our lives. However, that is up to us to determine who gets to be apart of our journeys, our story and who doesn't.  

In a previous episode we discussed levels and how people can be at different point in their lives or different chapters than others. In this episode we expand on that a little more and talk about when to stay in that season of life and when to move on to the next.

Sometimes you are meant to stay in a season of life to learn and grow and become better, but at some point you need to move on to the next. If you don't either something pushes you into that direction or you end up living in your comfort zone and not taking that next step.
