Our first guest is David Cowburn who has over 20 years experience as a Chartered Surveyor and is the founder of Cowburn Land. David is also a 200-hour qualified yoga teacher. 

He teaches regular classes, outside of office hours and in 2019 taught what is believed to be Englands highest yoga class on top of Helvellyn in the Lake District national park
