In this episode, I talk with a friend of mine - Aysar Chams - about his journey of coming out as gay. I had know Aysar for just over 6 years before he came out.
We talk about his childhood, his teenage years, spending time in the States, and what it was like coming back to Australia.
We touch on friends he has lost to suicide, faith and religion, my own misconceptions, and stereotypes.
