I sat down with Kevin Yon of Yon Family Farms on a very hot and humid day in Ridge Spring, South Carolina. Yon Family Farms is a 1st generation operation and Kevin tells us the whole story of how he and his wife Lydia ended up in Ridge Spring, and how what first felt like an unfortunate situation allowed them to end up right where they needed to be. Kevin is a great example of how hard work and determination can truly make your dreams come true.

Jarrod and Becca Creasy are a 1st generation cattle operation that are based out of Statesboro, GA.  These two are quite the couple as not only do they have the drive and passion for beef cattle and agriculture, they are doing it by not losing focus on all the little things in life that truly mean the most.

Ted and Katie Brenny are from Mazeppa, MN and that is where they currently run their cow/calf operation with dreams of growing in the future. While working hard toward that goal, they stay active with their full-time jobs and being involved with the State and National Cattlemen Associations.
