October is Domestic Violence awareness month and our topic in episode 4 is: Domestic Violence. In our episode we discuss recent statistics on domestic violence, define domestic violence, discuss the cycle of violence and wheels, and emphasize the difference between verbal, emotional, and physical abuse. We discuss some local resources for individuals who are in this type of relationship ands stress the importance of recognizing that you are not alone in this situation.
