This week we decided to use our platform as a way to continue the conversation of everything that has been going on in our country following the murder of Mr. George Floyd. We felt the need to address why it is important to have these tough conversations about race and oppression, especially with the people we are most close to. We are unable to relate to what it is like to grow up in the big cities like a Chicago, Los Angeles, or New York City. We based our conversation on what it is like to grow up in Nebraska and how these race conversations have been avoided for far too long. We hope that through this episode you are able to learn a little more on the importance of having these conversations as hard as they may be in order to move forward as a country. Please feel free to share with us your comments as we'd love to continue the conversation. This is by no means an exhausted conversation. This is only the beginning of hopefully many more we can have with each other and many other people as well.
