Today’s episode focuses on a more spiritual path in life. We’re discussing what a spiritual awakening may look like for someone and what signs you can possibly begin to see. As always i share my own personal experience with having a spiritual awakening as we are constantly changing and transforming to get closer to our higher selves. Spirituality can be hard to understand because there is so much information to absorb! That’s why today we break it down into the “basics” and starting signs just to get you familiar with it.
