Hii all of my lovely lovely spiritual beings!! In our first official daily talk of this new season I ask you to take a trip with me on the journey that is losing yourself. Let the fear melt away from the unknown. Let the need to control be no more. I’m so so happy to be back with all of you! Now you know I’m all for breaking the stigma around commonly controversial topics. Today is no different than any other time no matter how difficult the process may be. I know losing yourself seems so so frightening, but I promise you it’s in that very process of facing that fear you’ll be able to become the most powerful versions of yourself! There are many mini lessons that come within the journey of losing yourself and finding new pieces of who you’re meant to become. Detachment is definitely one of them! Remembering that we belong to nothing and no one as nothing and no one belongs to to us! We are tethered by love, the most freeing thing in this life! If it doesn’t feel freeing then it is not love…. (Felt like some of y’all needed that one). This daily talk took a really deep dive into the spiritual warfare that has begun. It’s important for us to all remember they don’t want to see us WIN! If we truly see ourselves as our souls and not the physical limitations this world has given us everything will begin to shift heavily and they will lose control. Don’t lose yourself in life’s everyday stresses when in the end all be all, none of this materialistic stuff will matter. You will not be judged by your wealth by more so your richness. If you are rich in family, kindness, support, love, empathy, gratitude and so much more! I feel like we hoped around but really everything we talked about is exactly who my brain processes because whether we know or not, everything is connected it’s in plain sight so we overlook it …. In today's daily talk we take a dive into the biggest reoccurring problem we all go through, being blind to the reality while creating a “dream” scenario to ease the hard truths we must face. It’s a human thing, it’s normal. Don’t beat yourself up for being someone who sees beauty in all that surrounds them, you’re a great artist! We shouldn’t allow people to come into our lives and force us to lie to ourselves just to keep them near. If we’re showing up as our authentic selves then everyone who we encounter should do the same as well, but THEY DON’T! That’s when it’s up to us to break those rose colored glasses and pay attention to patterns, actions and behaviors. They never lie to you, but words and people do. I can’t say it’ll ever be easy to see someone for who they truly are, especially when you’ve invested love and time into this person. But it is very much rewarding to no longer see someone through rose tinted classes. I LOVE YOU! I SEE YOU! and I could only hope you are seeing those in your life through a clear lens because we ALL deserve transparency and authenticity. I’m sending you much abundance and prosperity in all aspects! Keep Loving, keep trying and never ever let ANYONE force you to lie to yourself 🫶🏽

Today's Daily Talk is focused on Leading with LOVE! After our previous talk, which was about feeling discouraged I don't think there could've been a better topic for this week's discussion. I think of myself as pretty successful, but because I measure my success by what’s inside of me, the things that can not crossover into the next life or realm with me. This world is already such a cold and unforgiving place why walk around adding to it or being hateful and resentful. We rob ourselves of the greatest blessings when we don’t lead with love! Kindness, Compassion + Empathy are the gifts that keep giving! Try it out, I promise you won’t be displeased! I hope you guys enjoy this week’s daily talk, I appreciate all the support and love!! HEY my lovely, lovely spiritual beings!! Today's daily talk is for when you're feeling discouraged. You know that feeling of not being able to do the things you want. I know at times life seems completely upside down and all out of sorts, but I promise you that is not the end all be all!! There's so much more on the other side of that fear and discouragement. Sometimes those moments of despair and doubt within yourself are only occurring because you are not listening to yourself or your inner voice. I know the journey is never easy but what I do know is in the end it's always worth it! Don't give up on yourself or your dreams!! Nothing is impossible. WE can't let this world force us to snuff out our own light. We have to "Be happy on our way to HAPPY!" it will never just fall into your lap. I'm trying everyday to remind myself why I'm doing the things I am and why I am in the place I am in life and it is all coming together for a much greater purpose that I serve. It is completely okay to fall apart and to feel like you can't go on, BUT you MUST!! Everything that has popped into your mind can only be accomplished by YOU!! That's why it was placed in your mind. As always i share my own personal experience with having a spiritual awakening as we are constantly changing and transforming to get closer to our higher selves. Spirituality can be hard to understand because there is so much information to absorb! That’s why today we break it down into the “basics” and starting signs just to get you familiar with it. Hello my lovely spiritual beings!! This week’s daily talk takes us on a road that many people face and usually end up venturing feeling quite alone. Today we will be talking about Chronic Sadness and Mental Health Diagnosis. In today’s world it’s very important that we erase the stigma surrounding mental illnesses/disorders and we welcome those who face these challenges with open arms! It is already a pretty cold world outside so why not extend the love and empathy from our hearts to add just a little more warmth into someone’s heart and life. During this daily talk as I do with many others, I take you guys on an exclusive look into my own backstory with mental disorders and how I’ve managed through the challenges they bring over these past 3 years. It’s never an easy hearing “I’m diagnosing you with *******” when it comes to mental health but it does get a little easier to manage over time with the tons of information and support that’s started to show its face within these few years. Know that my DMs are ALWAYS open to talk about whatever it is you need to get out of your mind or off your heart!! I LOVE YOU abundantly and I’m sending you so much comfort and compassion during this season change as I know it’s time for Seasonal Depression to start showing its ugly face!Stay Warm, Stay safe and Stay a little insane it makes life fun! 🫂🧠

This week’s daily talk is more of a vent session. Just me laying it all out on the table. Giving you guys a look inside my brain and the things I’ve been facing in life. From trauma to relationships/friendships, I talk about it ALL! I’ve just kind of learned to roll with the punches life throws you. You can either go against the grain and exhaust yourself trying to fight it or, you could simply let things be and take them as they come. There’s no sense in getting all riled up over things we can’t control! Get frustrated, get upset and angry but also LET IT OUT!! Vent to whoever or whatever you need! Just express yourself, turn that energy into something useful or else it’ll drag you down! I love you all and I hope you’ve been getting out how you feel during this season of retrogrades, it’s been tough.

In today’s daily talk we discuss what people pleasing is and how to begin breaking that belief that you are responsible for maintaining someone’s happiness. Being able to adapt to change is always a good quality, but it’s when you begin sacrificing yourself, your needs and wants that it becomes a problem and crosses over into people pleasing. It’s one of those topics that really makes you sit down and revisit your trauma and begin healing it. Hopefully this episode helps bring some of us peace of mind and possibly give others a light to navigate through this toxic cycle we have ourselves stuck in. We are allowed to TAKE UP SPACE! Having feelings is a perfectly normal thing and we all deserve to be able to express them. Let go of the narrative that was depicted to you as a child. The one that made you believe existing was too much and you were a burden. YOU AREN’T!! It’s time to walk in our authenticity and explore all the dark and twisty parts of who we are. That shadow self isn’t going anywhere as long as you have that light in you! I hope you all enjoy this week’s daily talk! Let's talk triggers! Ughh, nobody likes being put in a situation that brings up negative emotions let alone getting stuck in the emotional spiral that comes after it. Our mind pretty much becomes a whirlwind of thoughts and emotions, and of course with emotions running high we may not be thinking from a rational state of mind. This is why our daily talk this week is about being triggered and the importance of identifying them when presented with the opportunity. Not everyone is always aware that triggers are a thing let alone that they experience their own fair share of being triggered and then just carrying that irritation with you. Today we talk about the types of triggers people face, how to respond to being triggered and how to deescalate your heightened emotions when in a triggered state. Just as it is important to take care of our physical bodies, we must also apply this same concept to our mental, emotional and spiritual sense of being. As they are pretty much the holy trinity. Think of it like this, being faced with your triggers helps you dig deep inside find your "ugly parts" and work on healing them and approaching yourself and others with more gentleness! You don't deserve to have to keep reliving your trauma nor should you felt misunderstood. I LOVE YOU ABUNDANTLY!!
