This week we talk about one of my favorite things to eat and that is fats, the healthy types of fats. 

I unpack the three different types of fats, what they are and why it matters to our Project Weight Loss. I also give examples of the foods that make up the Unsaturated Fats, Saturated Fats, and Trans Fats.

We also get to have some fun this episode with an avocado count down at the end.  Remember, that we learn and grow one step at a time and we evolve to the best versions of ourselves with our current mindset and the possibility of what could be.
