It's another week of no sport across the southern hemisphere (Apparently Belarus has soccer but we don't have the rights...) and we continue our journey around the Hornsby Ku-Ring-Gai to see how our local sports, and athletes, are coping with a lack of competition... and sometimes training options too!
This week we touch base with Chris Yard, the head coach of the Pennant Hills Demons Aussie Rules Club (Which is more correct than AFL, because AFL is the league rather than the sport, and apparently there are rules in AFL too, or so we're told by the Lord Mayor, who has spent way too much time in South Australia!) and Joe Heywood of the North Shore Mariners in the round ball code, to see how the lockdown is affecting them and their teams.
