In this episode, I sit down with Toronto High Park FC's Technical Director, Gareth Hamilton, the club's Manager of U13+ Competitive, Adrian Dannel, as well as the 2004 Boys Head Coach, Ayo Moses.  Gareth talks about the club's online #StayAtHome programs that are offered to the players and the community of High Park during the COVID-19 isolation.  Adrian talks about the HIIT and Ball Mastery programs that he has been running to our players while Ayo mentions how he has taken this opportunity to take a break from football and recharge his batteries for when football returns.  As coaches we talk about the Bundesliga which is back and the conditions and restrictions the German players had to play under.
