Let’s Talk Lions

Rich Eisen just dropped his "A bit too early" power rankings for the NFL 2025 season and placed the Detroit Lions at 10. The teams that he placed above the Lions are not better than them heading into 2025. There is no chance. I love the man, but I can't agree here ‪@RichEisenShow‬

Aidan Hutchinson is as good as ever. In fact, Lions HC Dan Campbell has had to create some rules that allow the Offense to keep playing even though Hutch would have successfully sacked Jared Goff.

With Frank Ragnow leaving, who will take over center? The Detroit Lions selected Tate Ratledge in the 2nd round of the NFL Draft and also have Graham Glasgow. It sounds like Dan Campbell may have made his decision.

Detroit Lions HC Dan Campbell made it clear last week that this is LB Jack Campbell's defense now. With all that has been happening with Alex Anzalone and contract negotiations, Dan Campbell took to the radio to clearly state that Jack Campbell will be the MIKE. He had a great opportunity last year when Anzalone was injured, and now with Kelvin Sheppard as the Lions DC - it's time to see Campbell shine.

It's early. But who cares. Tyleik Williams, Lions 2025 1st round pick and WR Dominic Lovett are coming out of the gates strong at training camp. Much is expected of Tyleik Williams headed into this season whereas Dominic Lovett is just trying to make the Lions 53 man roster. But Lovett is starting out hot and showing Dan Campbell and John Morton what he can do.

It is as we feared - Alex Anzalone and the Detroit Lions are at a contract halt. This is the first of it's kind under Brand Holmes and honestly - it's not welcomed. Anzalone is a pivotal player here in Detroit, and holding-in doesn't look great.

The Detroit Lions have officially kicked off their NFL Training Camp for the 2025 season. Lots of news has reached us regarding Alex Anzalone, the offense vs the defense, Tate Ratledge, Levi Onwuzurike - etc etc. It' here. We're back. Detroit Lions 2025 here we come.

The Cornerback position for the Detroit Lions has high aspirations coming into the 2025 NFL season. The Lions will see the return of Amik Robertson and Terrion Arnold with the addition of DJ Reed. Not to mention - Ennis Rakestraw will play a pivotal role.

We desperately need the Detroit Lions and the entire NFL to start training camp. But while we wait for it, Netflix just dropped Quarterback Season 2 featuring Lions QB Jared Goff. Let's watch it and talk about it. PLUS, we've got mail.

The lines are being set, and one has been for Detroit Lions QB Jared Goff. Vegas doesn't seem to think he'll throw for more than 3,900 yards this season. Netflix Quarterback Season 2 drops tomorrow so we had to pay a little love to our QB1, Jared Goff.
