In this week's episode, I am so excited to introduce you to an amazing individual, Jordan Gauthier. Jordan is owner of YC Drum Company, a company dedicated to supporting musicians in excelling in their craft. Jordan's company has been endorsed by famous bands including Arkells, The Glorious Sons, Half Moon Run, and more. On the flip side of Jordan's incredible success, there is another part of his story which encompasses adversity and mental health struggles. I am grateful to Jordan for sharing his perspective on men's mental health and how we can break down the stigma together.
