Thomas is a Veteran of the Royal Air Force Regiment. He served for 14 years and has since started his own business. He is in the early stages of starting a charity to Serve Veterans and First Responders called 'Save A Warrior UK CIC'

Thomas's mental health has been poor at many points growing up and while serving. He used dissociating behaviours and practices to make himself feel less awful. Things came to a head for Thomas in August last year, and with the help from his loving wife, he has since made a full recovery. He is now helping others on their journey to being healed from a traumatic past.
