Loving yourself is just important as loving your family and friends. So always remember you matter just like everyone else.

Mental health is something that isn't talked about or doesn't feel like it's really important these days. Why is that?

A broken heart can heal with time and patience, but only if you let it.

The hold the alcohol has on us and the damage that it does to those who can't break away from it.

What's your expectation for 2023? What's your goals? And will you do better than 2022?

Love gives up strength and makes us stronger, but it could bring us pain. No matter what never give up on love.
