KEY TAKEAWAYS
· Dr. O is always trying to break down medical jargon so everyone can understand. When she talks about cannabinoids, she is referring to compounds found in cannabis, such as CBD & THC.
· When someone mentions ADHD many people think of ‘hyper-active’ children. But ADHD is so much more than this stereotype.
· In adulthood, the symptoms of ADHD can present multiple problems in everyday life, such as holding down a job, maintaining relationships, and can of course have a strong correlation with poor mental health.
· It is worth noting that ADHD symptoms can be relieved using diet, therapy, and exercise and should always be explored first before medication.
· According to many cannabis users, cannabis helps in the management of their symptoms.
· Good fats are essential in keeping the brain healthy. Cannabinoids have been proven to be rich in the unsaturated fats needed for good brain health.
BEST MOMENTS

“Most adults don’t even get diagnosed…we keep hustling and striving but it is a big deal, the struggle is real”
