With covid-19 a lot of people have been reserved on putting their house up for sell. For this reason the supply of houses has dropped. This happening while the demand remains the same causes an increase in home purchase prices. With houses selling for more because of lower inventory for buyers to choose from, would now be a good time for you to sell?
