If you’ve ever felt behind, stuck, or like you’re not living the life you’re meant to — this episode is for you.
In this conversation, I’m opening up about the pressure I’ve put on myself to have life “figured out” by a certain age and what I’ve learned about releasing those timelines. After listening to Mel Robbins’ powerful conversation with Rich Roll, I was reminded of a conversation I had with my dad that shiftedeverything for me.
He told me, “I started my life over in my late thirties” Hearing those words gave me peace — because it reminded me that it’s never too late to rebuild, reset, and begin again.
In this episode, I’m sharing what I learned from both of those conversations and what it truly takes to reinvent yourself — at any age and at any stage.
We’ll talk about:
Letting go of society’s timelines
Listening to your inner voice when something feels off
Turning mistakes into lessons
Why patience and self-compassion are essential for growth
How to trust that your “starting over” season is part of your story
I’m still healing from putting timestamps on my life, but I’m learning that what’s for me is still for me. The grace in starting over is that you get to rebuild stronger, wiser, and more aligned with who you really are.
