Listen Later

This episode's featured guest is Jane Laino.

Jane is the owner of DIgby4 and has spent most of her life helping organizations with the challenge of managing communications technology. From her days of explaining bills and processing orders for the Bell system to the present where her firm assists large global clients, Jane Laino and her colleagues at DIgby 4 Group help manage expenses, contracts, inventories and service providers for mobile, fixed and cloud-based communications. In addition to consulting services, DIgby 4 supports a hosted system called Sakon in which all details needed for effective communications management are kept up-to-date and accurate.

DIgby 4’s offices are located in the heart of New York City – in fact, Jane and I work in the same building, on the same floor!

Jane and her staff enjoy long-term relationships with many of their clients. Her roles include managing the company, delivering client services and developing new business.

In today's episode, we talk to Jane Laino about her experience in business development and leadership!
