The boys got an inside scoop on what it's like to be on a county team and the hard work, dedication, determination to be an All Ireland Winner and how Mr Rafferty found his love for GAA and lots more. They've even predicted what county will be taking home the Sam Maguire Cup in this year's All Ireland final - so make sure to listen in!

What inspired her to create "Digg Deep for Kids" which is a charity that helps children all across Northern Ireland have little joy at Christmas. Her success in becoming a female boss and being a mum at the same time. Caroline has brightened up our week with all her positive words and encouragement to others.
