A brief explanation of the story of "Reformation Day"— October 31, 1517— when Martin Luther posted his 95 Theses on the door of the Wittenberg Church, and why he did so.

7) Do you believe Jesus had to descend into Hell in order to free those that came before His time? As in, people like Adam, Eve, etc.? How does this line up with Elijah being taken up in a whirlwind or Enoch being taken without death in Genesis 5:24? 

8) Did Jesus suffer when He went to Hell? 

9) Doesn't Luke 23:43 say that Jesus went to paradise when he died? 

10) What’s the significance of what He did?/Why is it important that he descended into Hell? 

11) Is this intrinsic to our salvation? As in, if Jesus didn’t go into Hell, would we be unable to have salvation? 

12) Is there anything specific we should take away from Jesus descending into Hell?

Thank you Father, that I am a child of God. I confess with my mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in my heart that God raised Him from the dead. Therefore, I am in Christ. I am a new creature. Old things have passed away. Behold all things have become new. 

According to the Word of God, I have been delivered out of the power of darkness, and translated into the Kingdom of God's Dear Son. Sin no longer has dominion over me. I am free. I am accepted in Jesus. My name is written in the Lamb's Book of Life. 

All my sins are forgiven. All my diseases are healed. My life is preserved and strong in God. I am crowned with His mercy. 

I am an heir of God. I am an equal heir with Christ Jesus. I have the mind of Christ. I have the wisdom of Christ. I have the ability of Christ. I have His health. As He is in Heaven, so am I upon the earth.  

I have power. I have power over all the power of the enemy. I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. In Him, I am more than a conqueror. 

My God shall supply all my needs through His riches in glory by Christ Jesus. Therefore, I am not afraid. Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for He is with me. My God comforts me and helps me. He upholds me and strengthens me. 

God has not given unto me the spirit of fear, but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind. I have the spirit of power within me. I have the spirit of love within me. I have the spirit of a sound mind within me. 

No weapon that is formed against me shall prosper. 

No circumstance--no situation--no sickness--no anxiety--no fear--no worry--no financial stress--none of these things can come against me and overtake me in my mind, because greater is He that is in me than he that is in the world. 

Over me is the precious Blood of Jesus. By His Blood, I am redeemed. He dwells within me. He goes before me. The Angel of the Lord encamps round about me. Underneath are the everlasting arms of God. Goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life. Fear has no place in my life. 

I have renewed my mind, and will renew my mind by the Word of God, and it shall cause me to prosper in every area of my life. 

I confess this is a good day. I am healed today. I am filled with the love of God today. I am filled with the joy of the Lord today. I am filled with the peace of God today. I am filled with the wisdom of God today. I am filled with the Holy Spirit today. These are all mine today. 

Because this is true, and because Jesus is living in me in all His fullness: I am in right standing with God; I am a joyful person; I'm a peaceful person; I'm a patient person; I'm a gentle person; I'm a faithful person, and I am a growing person. 

I AM BEING CHANGED DAY BY DAY FROM GLORY TO GLORY. HALLELUJAH!

I now confess that all my family is coming into the Kingdom of God. 

I will be a living epistle of the Living Christ, read and known of all men, and the world will see Jesus in me, in all of His glory and power. Amen!

This is my confession, I say it boldly. And I thank you, Father, that I have what I say. My confession rises before Thee based on Your Word. Jesus, the High Priest of my confession makes it good today.
