Melissa and Susan sit down and chat with Deon, a service provider that practices at Grove. With a long background working in Community Mental Health, Deon joined the team at Grove 5 years ago. 

Deon talks about how he engages the trauma experienced by clients, and helps them to process that. Deon talks about "Big T trauma and Small t trauma" and the differences in those - but also the similar impact they can have on how someone thinks. Deon really specializes in creating a safe space that lets people share deeply - and this helps clients move through emotions.
