Highlighting 12 historic Pennsylvania taverns still operating today – except one, City Tavern in Philadelphia – McCormick will give listeners an overview of the hidden history for all taverns, including overnight accommodations and the beers, spirits and food served.
A few of the taverns highlighted during the series include : General Warren Inn, Malvern ; Blue Bell Inn, Blue Bell ; Black Bass Hotel, Lumberville and the Jean Bonnet Tavern, Bedford.
