These times has taught us more than ever to be self aware and what other way than to voice out my thoughts as I unravel the different parts of myself in different aspects on love, loneliness, friendships, trust, discipline etc. I hope you get to do the same too.

We've all been told different things about love, like its a one size fits all package. What if love comes when you're truly living?

In this meeting, I tell a fairytale story of love that happened many years ago according to John 3:16. I hope you enjoy it.

There's a constant battle with darkness over light. God has called every one of us to his light, which is why he sent his son Jesus to die on the cross - to remind us that we're overcomers. No matter the darkness you're going through at the moment, Jesus is the light you need. 

In this meeting, I talk about the thoughts and questions that weigh our minds down. More importantly, I give them to God, the Sovereign one.

No one can understand grief, because each person's loss is different so I'm not trying to pretend like I understand a clue in this meeting. What I'm hoping to do is provide some form of comfort - with a reminder that he/she is in a better place while we try to make the best of the lives we have now.

As we celebrate Mental Health Awareness week (#Kindness), I talk to myself about how easy it is to get into toxic productivity which leads to more guilt. I hope you choose kindness in the midst of your "another's"
