  • Wisdom Nights 4 - Discomfort Is Your Friend
Discomfort is the fuel for our personal growth; it is a catalyst for realising our potential. We avoid awkward situations yet we also pay for novel experiences that are uncomfortable; we sign up for obstacle course races, skydiving, salsa classes and even marathons. I talk about how to dance with discomfort and befriend it. Discomfort is a diagnostic toolkit for things in your life that require closer inspection.
