Ok Friends....It's time.
Today, we're going to be talking about the wonderful world of the Uterus and our PERIOD'S!

I've felt that for a long time this podcast has needed a real down and (not-so) dirty wake up call to the ups and downs that us women have with our menstruation cycle.
For starters....LET'S TALK ABOUT THE NOT SO FUN STUFF: cramps, bloating, mood swings, food cravings, zits and aaaall the seemingly crazy that our body is waiting to hear in this episode.
And fellas, you all know a woman who bleeds in your life. This conversation can be great for partners, mothers, friends--even give you SO much insight to what you can do to help the women in your life.
In this episode I talk about lifestyle habits, foods, treatments and, of course my favorite, HERBS that will help us regulate and maybe even enjoy our cycle consistently.
