Ok Friends....It's time.

And in particular, ANGER.

After months of introspection and observation, emotions like anger, rage, and agitation are topics that are rarely spoken about in candid conversation. For many, these emotions are perceived as "bad" and things we like to keep quiet.

Even for myself, I find that sharing experiences with my fiery side is quite difficult. There can be moments of shame, embarrassment and guilt when emotions are expressed, but why? 

I go over possible reasons for extra anger & agitation, methods & systems to quell our anger, and add in some amazing herby friends into the mix for extra support.
