This week's episode is part 2 of The Journey Of Life series with the amazing Angelica Bonamassa. We share stories of our past, traumas we've faced, and Angelica opens up about the deepest parts of her story so far.

We hear and learn from her strength, resilience, and ability to bounce back despite not knowing about her learning disability, the loss of her beloved brother, and facing childhood abuse in the most heinous of ways. It has been an honor to be the first outlet for Angelica sharing her courageous story; her systems, mentality and ways of coping are nothing shy of miraculous.

This episode is entitle through the trenches because our stories can be just that; going through hard times, being in the middle of bad situations, and eventually being able to grow and learn from them. It's not easy and not for the faint of heart. But with love, support, and a drive to become better and live a fulfilled life, these systems have become fuel for Angelica. She truly is a gem that shines bright with love and light!

What's up daminal faminal! This week's episode is a quick message from my heart to yours regarding the craziness around COVID-19 aka Coronavirus. Now, I am not one to usually jump on social bandwagon's but this topic has affected in me in ways I haven't felt in years! I'll be honest friends, without mental systems & habits, a healthy body and mind, and support from my friends and family, I would be STRUGGLING with fear. I go over ways we can communicate our thoughts and feelings so that stress and panic does not interfere with our body and immunity, reiterate how to take proper precaution individually and socially, and I also go over superfoods that will help boost our immune systems!

I understand things seem a lot worse than we expected, but I truly believe it up to us as a collective to keep high vibes and carry on our light and love—regardless of what's going on. Yes, it's tough but that is our duty to our fellow brothers and sisters of life. We must be educated, strong, humble, and working quickly and consciously in our everyday lives. 

And if you are feeling overwhelmed, please reach out to a loved one, therapist, friend, confidant, me; anyone! Speak up and release the energy of fear and panic. We are all in this together!
