Last week, Riya talked about water quality: what it is, the importance of having healthy waterbodies, and what you can do to insure that you are not contributing to water pollution. This week, I continue that discussion by talking about GA Adopt a Stream, a state-level initiative aimed at preserving and restoring the water quality of state water bodies.
Not all states have an AAS program. Visit this link to find similar programs. Please keep in mind that not all AAS programs will offer the same activities as GA AAS.
