Today I am reviewing a thread on reddit about how folks with ADHD get their motivation to clean and stay on task. As a professional cleaner, I personally think these people have some great tips for both folks with AND without adhd. I read a few, and give my thoughts. Come check it out!

Make sure also to check out the reddit thread as well.

Hi all!

It's been a minute. Apologies for my voice- I have a head cold and so I probably sound a little off. I hope it doesn't hinder the quality of the episode.

Today I'm going to be chatting about starting a stream, on basically any platform. I have a few tips and tricks and they all come down to these 3 steps:

-Consistency in streaming schedule & enthusiasm

-Branding/Theme

-Consistency across platforms

Don't forget to follow and rate the podcast, and go comment on the post for this episode on Instagram @letstopicboutit and feel free to send in your topic ideas or story you'd like to share at [email protected]

Have you ever looked at cleaning your home as fun and relaxing? Maybe you look at your homes cleaning needs and find it to be daunting and overwhelming. "Where do I start?", "HOW do I start?", "This project is TOO big!", "It wont be perfect so I souldn't even try!", "Is it 'lazy' to have a cleaner?". So many questions, so many answers in this fun episode. I have 5 years of professional cleaning experience, and I'm excited to help clear up a little bit of the fear, stigma, and questions you may have about cleaning!

As always, if you have any tips, tricks, or questions, head over to the Let's Topic 'Bout It podcast Instagram page to post your thoughts under the post for this episode! I hope to hear from ya'll soon!

Welcome to my podcast!

I am a big fan of chatting about topics weird, wild, uncomfortable, and uncommon, and I often

do so on my public and private social media accounts. Friends and fans alike have commented, asking me to create a podcast to publish my wee rants in a location easier to listen to.

I appreciate the support so much, and I can't wait to start chatting with ya'll!
