In this episode, Matt Mazzaferro leads the chat with VeeFriend holder Adam Souza. Adam is a cannabis enthusiast, and advocate for industrial hemp. It was an epic moment many of us got to witness. And Adam kept his word. In fact, he's been documenting it all in his very own Quest to Meet Gary Vee.

On the heels of the Christie's auction in which Gary Vaynerchuk sold 1.2mil in art, we met to chat about it's historical success in conjunction with the cross over of the original art to the VeeFriends NFT project. The five pieces were auctioned at Christie's as "Just Art" with no NFTs attached and took bids in USD. However they accepted payment in Ether, the cryptocurrency linked to Ethereum Blockchain technologies. This advancement and cross over into crypto art was marked the same day 10.01.21 with Curio Cards NFT collection leading the change taking bids in Eth for the very first time.

In the case of Gary's art the five pieces that made their way to Christie's are the Alpha Empathetic Elephant, Gratitude Gorilla, Tremendous Tiger, Diamond Hands Hen, and You're Gonna Die Fly. In fact, its the last one that prompted the discussion for the Let's VeeFriends Clubhouse for this recording. So, I'll ask you...what's one thing you want to do before you die?
