This episode we talk to Ruya Baklavaah, Ruya, who is half Turkish / half English works at an auction house in the legal department so she spends most of her time surrounded by art and law. She visits museums and galleries. She talk to use about the GymShark66 Challenge and why she started fitness, she had gained some weight for the first time and was fed up with her body. At the same time she had discovered various GymShark athletes as well as taylokaytee and binge watched many YouTube videos on fitness and decided to get her gym workout guide and from there it has blossomed.. She is a friendly, warm and caring person who always makes sure you feel relaxed when talking through any concerns you may have. She believes that it is important to listen and value you in a non-judgemental way, allowing you to explore what’s going on for yourself and allowing you to get the best out of your own process in a confidential space. She is an Accredited NCS, MBACP Counsellor and fully qualified Clinical Supervisor, who holds an enhanced DBS and she is able to offer short, medium and long term therapy. I am able to work with children, teenagers, and adults.

This Episode we talk to Ellen Willard (BootyBy El / BuiltBy_El),. Ellen Is 22 and has been into fitness for as long as she can remember, from competitive sports to regional and national competitions, she's had her fair share in all areas of the fitness industry. A few years ago she tore her right patella putting a massive stop to her dreams of pursuing a career as a competitive athlete. From then onwards, she knew she wanted to stay within the fitness industry and despite not going down her intended path she found a passion for helping and educating others. She started getting into weightlifting around 4 and a half years ago and soon realised it was something she was fairly good at and she was pretty damn strong. Her progress has been in no way shape or form linear but she have enjoyed every step of self discipline, determination, resilience and challenge along the way. When she qualified as a personal trainer, she knew she didn’t want to be just an average female coach, so what was it that was going to set her aside from all of the rest? Well this is where Built By Me comes in, her aim has always been to ignite the self belief in those who lack confidence, who struggle with mental health, those who want to be better, she is not someone who coaches just anyone, she is someone who coaches those willing to step out of their comfort zone and reciprocate the hard work I put into my programs and coaching. From crossfit to weightlifting, she is someone who believes that fitness is not a one size fits all definition but a journey in which we get to shape into our own meaning.

Molly moved from her home in the UK all the way to Sydney, Australia to run away from the depression she had found her self in. Liliana Mustanfina is a beautiful woman born in Uzbekistan who has since moved to Prague.  Currently studying a degree in Uni listen how she balances the life  of travelling with working and Uni. We discuss the beautiful places she has visited when she started travel, the drive that takes her there and where she plans on going next.   Liliana documents her travels on her Instagram and Tik Tok accounts, she talks how she travels with a wide range of people always interested to learn and meet new people from different cultures with the same mindset as her. Her interesting story around travelling as a female from Uzbekistan and how she influences so many people to join her life style as she travels the world.   Uzbekistan is a Central Asian nation and former Soviet republic. It's known for its mosques, mausoleums and other sites linked to the Silk Road, the ancient trade route between China and the Mediterranean. Samarkand, a major city on the route, contains a landmark of Islamic architecture: the Registan, a plaza bordered by 3 ornate, mosaic-covered religious schools dating to the 15th and 17th centuries

2020 Was meant to be a big year, It was meant to be the year I worked on myself both mentally and physically to live the life I wanted to live. To prove not only others but myself that I could achieve so much. I was signed up for my first professional boxing match at the end of last year and started documenting my Journey till the fight on the 28th November 2020. In between this time I would travel and engage in multiple charity events and fundraisers all to prepare myself for this fight. Sadly non of that happened. What became a terrible year was still heavily documented  and I am so proud of the things I have achieved this year. It has been the worst year of my life. I lost my grandad who I loved the most in the word and it will always be the worst year of my life, worse than Covid ever was. I know from working in the Hospital I am lucky to always be in a job and financially stable. I know alot of people are not but the stress of this pandemic on everyone around me and myself within work and outside took me to the lowest point I have ever been to. So many times have I considered ending it, but I kept pushing for myself, for my friends, for my grandad. I have hit some of the happiest moments in my life this year and I still pushed to make it a positive experience, I continued to Document it all and now with one week left until the documentary is live on YouTube, Sportify and other streaming services I can not wait to share it with you all. In the mean time I want to say thank you to everyone who has been apart of my year and everyone who has helped me achieve the things i have.

The Documentary will see Jay transform himself not only physically but mentally as well to better himself. During this journey we will speak to lots of individuals to hear their story and find what they do to better themselves both physically and mentally. Jay will set a challenge for the individual to seek discomfort and try something they've never done before but always wanted to do. Not only that but the activity they share with us that they do for self betterment is what they will challenge Jay to do as well. Each video and episode will be separated into small parts through the year for isolated viewing pleasure. With the documentary as a whole coming out later this year, and due to current Covid restrictions  end of 2021.
