This is a meditation for everyone. You don’t have to be Buddhist or religious. Just enjoy the calming vibrations of the Tibetan bowls and the sound of the mantra to guide you into a deep relaxation.
The Buddhist Amithaba Mantra is a powerful mantra to connect with the main qualities of the Buddha: love, compassion and wisdom. These are inherent qualities of our being and can be accessed, when we connect with our essence.
It is also used to connect with our ancestors, who - whether alive or passed - are always there to guide us.
The Meaning of the Mantra Om Amideva (Amithaba) Hrhi:
Amithaba is an archetype of the Buddha and stands for infinite radiance.
Om is the sound of the universe und connects us with the infinite consciousness.
Ami means infinite.
Deva means God in Sanskrit.
Hrhi is the seed syllabel of Amithabha and represents conscieniousness and modesty.
Hope you enjoy!
