In our epic conclusion to our 2025 summer RV trip we go to hell and back! A stopover at one more well known craft brewery and a day .5 at Lassen Volcanic NP went straight into our trek back home. But we had to end it where we started with one more stop at Dru Bru (where we came to you from on the last cast!)

Week 4/5 of Summer 2025! We ditched the beaches and headed for the hills - the giant sequoias and mountains of Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Parks to be specific. Come along with us as we recount our favorite campgrounds hikes and ranger talks in these parks that quickly stole our hearts.

*Generals Highway Length Limits - The section we mentioned between Giant Forest Museum and Foothills Visitor Center is not advised for vehicles longer than 22/24 ft, and prohibited for single vehicles longer than 40 ft and combination vehicles longer than 50 ft.

**Tokopah Falls trail is “pretty exposed” to the sun - it is not exposed in the sense of cliffs by the trail for really any of it.

***Big Meadows Campground is a Sequoia Natl Forest campground but is not dispersed camping as we said it was. It is reservable on recreation.gov. It has a few 40ft+ sites.

Week 3 of Summer 2025! This was the last week of the beaches and brews section of the trip and we did the Northern California coast right! We spent some time wandering in the redwoods, some beach time in Half Moon Bay, and finally made it to the southern terminus of our coastal adventures - Big Sur. It wasn’t without drama either, you won’t believe what we did in Half Moon Bay.

Continuing the Summer 2025 adventures we headed from Cape to Cape this week! It was beaches and brews all the way down the beautiful Oregon coast from Cape Disappointment SP in Washington where we came to you from last week, all the way down to Cape Blanco SP in Oregon this week! We went to some beautiful state parks and beaches, visited a great aquarium and flashed back to the aughts by visiting Rogue Ales and watching the movie RV.
