Letting go of being separate

Any thought that is part of being separate creates suffering. That includes thinking about the past and future as if they exist anywhere other than the mind. Being present, focused on the present moment, allows us to be free of suffering, being self conscious and stressed. Any thought that has the emotion of well being, peace, love, joy or inspiration is part of the consciousness of being ONE. We can choose which thoughts we act on. Whatever emotion the thought we act on has associated with it will become a larger part of our life. Hence, the more we focus on being present, in the flow, and love, the larger part of our life those emotions become. I find being aware of my thoughts and choosing which I want to act on a challenge.

There are a great many thoughts that slip under the radar. That's where we can help each other. I offer thought coaching to help people become more aware of their thoughts and the emotions tied to them.
