Letting Go To Move Forward

About 4 years ago, I went through a really tough season of life where I felt completely stuck. I felt stuck in my business, my relationships, my health -- everything. I felt like I would never be able to make a change and get out of the rut I was in, and even if I could, I had no idea HOW.

Fortunately, I was surrounded by some phenomenal #mentors who were able to help me. They helped me put my ego aside, realize the things in my life that were holding me back and gave me the support and wisdom I needed to MAKE A CHANGE.

What I learned from this experience was that we all get stuck, it's a fact of life. The real challenge is taking the necessary steps to get un-stuck. A lot of times we think we need to keep adding stuff into our lives to change. When in reality, one of the best things you can do for yourself is to LET THINGS GO.

To create space for new beginnings and #growth, we need to let go of things in our lives that aren't serving us. We need to let go to move forward. Today's #MomentumMonday is about just that. 6 Things to Let Go of So You Can Move Forward:

1. Your old identity.

2. A relationship or friend.

3. Grudges.

4. One non-serving thought pattern.

5. Physical clutter.

6. The idea that we CAN’T change.
